- We offer Doro Wot (Ethiopians popular national dish on special occasions) either for lunch or dinner along with the Ethiopian coffee ceremony – We prefer an early order and this meal is served only during Ethiopian Orthodox Christian non-fasting seasons. Our Doro-wot is ferenji friendly – not spicy!
- We offer Beyaynetu (Ethiopian fasting food) for vegans and vegetarians – We prefer an early order during the non-fasting seasons – the Ethiopian coffee ceremony is included.
- We provide basic cooking classes such as making injera (Ethiopian flat bread and Shiro wot (spicy or non-spicy sauce, and both are most popular Ethiopian daily meals) – the Ethiopian coffee ceremony is included.
- We offer guiding services for the Rock-hewn Churches of Lalibela and other tourist attractions outside of town (walking, mule ride or driving).
- We offer a day/multiple days of hiking in and around Lalibela, including Mt. Abune Yosef where there will be opportunity to see Gelada Baboons and the Ethiopian Wolf at an altitude of 4300meters. (Multiple day hiking could be either an overnight in a home stay with local communities or in a lodge along the routes).
- We arrange transportation services to and from the airport, city transfers and other long distances throughout Ethiopia.
- We rent camping facilities and campground and rental is on first come first serve basis.
- We offer laundry services.
